Phil Bailey (born 25 June 1980 in Inverell, New South Wales) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the Wigan Warriors of the European Super League competition. Bailey is a former player for New South Wales and Australia. He previously played for the Cronulla Sharks, Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles and the Northern Eagles. His usual position is either in the centres or in the second row.
After the 2003 NRL season he went on the 2003 Kangaroo tour.
Bailey is signed to Wigan Warriors in the European Super League for the 2007, 2008 and 2009 seasons. He made his Wigan, Super League debut in a 16–10 defeat to Warrington at the JJB Stadium on 9 February 2007.
